I could not be more satisfied with the service from J&R Appliance. It is owned and all work is done by the co-owners Joe and Ron. Joe came to my house as scheduled, diagnosed the problem, gave me the cost of the work, came back with Ron and repaired the problem with my Jennair convection oven. All in efficient time and at the cost quoted. Both guys were friendly and helpful in explaining the issue. I would highly recommned them to anyone in need of appliance reapir.
