Bella Alpacas Farm Sanctuary — Establishment and lodging at 155 Squash Hollow Road, New Milford, Connecticut.

Would not even give one star if it was possible. Called to schedule a trip to visit the alpaca farm because my mom and I had bought a deal off of living social. The person we spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude regarding what days they had available to book the trip, which were only two possible weekends. When my mother asked if there was anything we needed to know ahead of time pertaining to the trip the employee got extremely offended and said my mother “laughed in his face” and to contact living social as we should not come. If you are the type of person to have any sort of questions regarding your trip prior to going, I would not suggest this place as their employees are not equipped to handle the most simple questions without becoming offended.
